Eckerson has conducted groundbreaking research studies, chaired numerous conferences, and consulted with organizations around the world during his 30 years in the field. Eckerson has also written two books: The Secrets of Analytical Leaders: Insights from Information Insiders (2012) and Performance Dashboards: Measuring, Monitoring, and Managing Your Business (2005/2010). He has degrees from Williams College and Wesleyan University.
