The keys are strong executive support, a well-defined strategy and roadmap, strong organizational oversight, a tactical and iterative implementation plan, an effective change management strategy, and the proper tools and technical expertise. (See figure 2.)<\/p>\n<p>The key is to create a culture of data governance from the ground up.
